Westminster Boating
Base, established 1975, is a charitable trust teaching young
people and adults to sail, canoe and kayak. We operate
on the River Thames in central London. Youth membership
is for ten to 23 year olds. In order to recoup our running
costs we let the building for parties; conferences and seminars;
wedding receptions and other events; and as a location for
TV and film shoots.
Office opening times: Monday
to Friday 9am - 5pm.
A Royal Yachting Association
(RYA) & British Canoe Union (BCU) approved training centre,
regulated by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service
(AALS).
